HUNTER'S HOME IS OPEN AGAIN!

As of May 1, 2021, Hunter's Home has reopened to indoor tours. We are observing  precautions  to keep our staff and guests safe, due to the COVID pandemic. All tours are scheduled and guided, and the barriers have been taken down so for the first time in decades, visitors may walk into the rooms. The upstairs remains closed through the summer due to poor air circulation and it's very, very hot up there. MASKS ARE REQUIRED indoors and we request that you observe 6 FEET PHYSICAL DISTANCE from staff and other visitors not in your party.

Gate closes at 4:00 pm

Our regular business hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 10 am to 4:00 pm, all year round. We close for state holidays and event prep and notify visitors on our Facebook page and this website.  If you are unable to wear a mask, we will be glad to have you come for a visit once it is safe to do so when the masks are no longer required. If you have any questions, want to schedule a tour, or would like to chat about the history of the site, come out and see us. We are always happy to have company!

Online exhibits will be located on our YouTube channel, Facebook pages, and Instagram account.
